Seminar “Analytical equipment and software solutions for laboratories”
Eluent supply
The accuracy and reproducibility of the HPLC system is largely determined by the pump characteristics.
The S-1100 analytical pump combines the most important components of a first-class pumping system.
Pump Configurations
- with a binary gradient on the high pressure side with minimal dead volume and the ability to create fast gradients with high precision mixing of two eluents
- with a gradient on the low pressure side for reliable mixing of up to 4 eluents
- cost-effective isocratic version for routine analyses
Pump S-1100
Two-plunger pulsationless pump with automatic flushing of plungers, stainless steel or PEEK material.
The feed rate of the eluent is from 0.01 to 5 ml/min
Flow rate maintenance accuracy +/- 0.1% RSD
The maximum pressure is 650 bar.
Formation of a binary gradient in a high-pressure line or by a low-pressure gradient generation module from 4 solvents.
Built-in leak sensor.
It is controlled by software or from the pump control panel.
Sample input
The sample can be entered using a manual dispenser or an S-1200 autosampler.
Automatic sample dispenser S-1200
A direct method of dispensing a sample from a needle.
Maximum working pressure 650 bar
Standard tripod, for 120 vials with a volume of 1.5 ml.
Optionally– a tripod for 3 tablets of 96 or 384 holes, optional. tripods.
The volume range of the dosed sample is from 1 to 100 µl in 0.1 µl increments
The sampling accuracy is 0.5% RSD, the linearity of dosing is more than 0.999.
Cooling of samples in a tripod in the range of 5-15 ° C.
Viola detection before sampling. Rinsing the needle before/after dosing.
